Here is my first review article on "How to get rid of Acne with BEROF Skincare ?".
I, personally, would like to share about my experiences of acne treatments with Dr. Muhammad Awais Arif (my Dermatologist).
I had cystic acne for many years (Now I am 21 years old). It was active and massive awful zits on my face. Cystic acne is the most severe form of Acne. It is not caused by neither poor hygiene nor the foods such as chocholates, nuts, or even greasy food. Hormonal change is believed to be the cause of this type of acne.
It started when I was 18 years old. My face was full of acne. They were everywhere, some also arised on my neck, chest and back as well. Obviously, I lost my confidence. I hated my face and my skin very much. It was to the point that I do not wanna go out with my friends or even go out of my room anymore. Even my relatives told me I looked horribly ugly.
Anyway, I was a person that never lost the hope. I did everything, I reserched about anything that can help to cure my pimple! I studied on acne types, chemicals that are good or bad for the skin, medicines, machines, healthy diet etc... I bought and tried almost everything I tought it will get rid of my acne. But the pimples had never gone.
Until one day, I searched and found the facebook page Berof Skincare: by Dermatologist. I had discussed my skin problems with Dr. Muhammad Awais Arif ( Dermatologist). He was very nice and great Dermatologist. He had recommended me step by step on the possible causes of the acne breakout, how to take care the skin and prevent the acne with good quality skincare, and how to fade away the acne scars and the pigmentation.

There are 5 products in BEROF Complete Acne Set, which I used to cure my cystic acne. Here, I will tell you on how I use BEROF Skincare to get rid of my pimples.
In the morning,
# Step 1 : BEROF Facial Liquid Cleanser for the sensitive skin
I start my day with usual BEROF Face wash ( BEROF Facial Liquild Cleanser). I can feel how gentle it is. It cleanse my face with its soft-touched bubbles. It has hypoallergenic properties and suitable for sensitive skin (as its labeled). With Salicylic Acid and Carmomile Extract, It can prevent from pore clogging and keep the moisture locked into your skin.
# Step 2 : BEROF Whitening Gel
After cleansing and drying my face, I applied BEROF Whitening Gel. I love this whitening gel very much. It is very fast absorbing and very effective. This BEROF Whitening Gel helps reducing the redness and pigmentation caused by acne. My skin becomes glowing and looks healthier. Also, It helps fading away the acne scars.
# Step 3 : BEROF Facial Sunscreen Extra Light Cream UV SUN SPF 50 PA +++
This sun block is awesome !! Personaly, I am a guy who has never thought that i should use the sun block. However, Dr. Awais advised me to use sunblock because this sunscreen is non comedogenic, oil-controlled, and water+sweat resistance. As you know, oil or sebum caused by adolescent hormone and sweat are the main causes of Acne Breakout. Without using oil-controlled skincare, your acne may arise increasingly and never gone anywhere. Moreover, this sunscreen is The First sunscreen in Pakistan that composed of LIPOSHIED HEV MELANIN® in it. Liposhield HEV Melanin protects the skin from high intensity visible light and blue light emanating from computers or mobile screens. These lights aggravate melasma and hyperpigmentation of the face.
# Step 4 : BEROF Acne Gel
This is the most important step that cures my acne. I applied BEROF Acne Gel as the last step in the moring. This Gel helps removing all blackheads and inflammatory pimples very fast. The brand claim that the acne will subside within 24-48 hours. But for me, it took around 48-72 hours for clearing reaction.
In the evening,
# Step 1 : BEROF Extra Sensitive Makeup Milky Lotion Cleanser.
Before washing my face in the evening, I removed the dirts and sebum from my face by using BEROF Milky Lotion Cleanser (BEROF Extra Sensitive Makeup Milky Lotion Cleanser) plus BEROF Cleansing Cotton Pads. According to Dr. Awais, he mentioned the necessary of Double Cleansing Technique of cleansing the face of Acne patients. [You can discuss this technique with him on facebook inbox. ]
# Step 2 : BEROF Facial Liquid Cleanser for Sensitive Skin.
I use this item to wash my face as i use in the morning. As i had mentioned before, this step will cleanse your face gently with soft-touched bubbles
# Step 3 : BEROF Whitening GeL
BEROF Whitening Gel is not only brightening your skin with DERMAWHITE®, ALPHA-ARBUTIN, Glutathione. But it also nourishes your skin deeply by MULTI-VITAMIN IN LIPOSOME,NIACINAMIDE,and PENTAVITIN®. it cured all the acne scars and hyperpigmentation due to pimples.
# Step 4 : BEROF Acne Gel
I applied this BEROF Acne Gel as the last step in the morning and night time only on acne spots. I can notice the different after 72 hours of using ( especially the cystic acne, it rapidly cured by this Acne Gel). However, it took 1-8 weeks to cure all the blackheads.

It was few months ago when my cystic acne looked a lot smaller and were lessen. I remember the time when I decided to follow Dr. Awais's advice and BEROF Skincare after 2 months ( Yes, exactly 8 weeks !!), BAM ! no more cystic acne ! I only had few acne scars here and there and some redness. I felt like it was a miracle !!! , I got the acne free skin I prayed for !!
